Binding Operations Associate – Transportation

Role Overview

• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation
• Maintain accurate records related to binding activities, including policy issuance and endorsements
• Assist in coordinating binding processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance
• Monitor inventory levels of binding materials and reorder as needed
• Verify the accuracy of binding documents and adherence to standards
• Work closely with underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Address operational challenges promptly and proactively
• Enforce company policies and guidelines within the binding department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business
• 6 months to a year of experience
• Data Analysis
• Process Improvement
• Computer Proficiency
• Inventory Management
• Database Skills
