Serve as a key strategic thought partner to executive leadership
Shape critical business decisions across pricing, monetization, channel strategy, and long-term growth across the organization’s commercial operations
Partner with executive, commercial, and sales leadership to provide guidance on pricing, monetization, channel strategy, and contract reviews
Lead the Pricing team, including financial review of new deals, expansions, and renegotiations
Own, refine and improve Pattern’s financial deal model
Develop and mentor the Commercial Finance team, fostering a data-driven and collaborative environment
Requirements
10-15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a commercial finance leadership role, preferably within fast-paced, omnichannel retail or e-commerce environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
Combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, actively engaging in the details while setting the standard through personal example
Exceptional analytical and soft skills, with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing executive decisions through strong communication, collaboration, and leadership
Thrives in a fast pace culture, enjoys problem solving, and uses data to sift through the noise
Curiosity regarding AI, automation, and emerging commerce trends.
