Develop and maintain category strategies and plans for IT, including software, hardware, telecommunications services, and digital solution projects
Lead end-to-end category management activities, ensuring strong governance, execution, and performance across global IT sourcing initiatives and supplier portfolio
Analyze procurement data and technology market intelligence to identify value opportunities, cost efficiencies, and improvements in service quality and operational performance
Design and execute sourcing and contracting strategies for IT solutions and services
Manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring high performance in service delivery, security, compliance, and issue resolution across the IT ecosystem
Lead commercial and contractual governance for key IT agreements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) preferred
7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles with IT and digital services category or project responsibility
