Develop, execute, maintain and enhance manual test scenarios and scripts, and potentially automated tests;
Perform functional validation/acceptance testing of communications (Push, SMS, and Email);
Validate business rules, segmentations, trigger criteria, customer journeys, and routing/targeting.

More than 2 years of experience in Agile/manual testing (Agile Testing);
Exposure to automated testing using Selenium, Postman, and RestAssured;
Knowledge of messaging systems, CRM, and customer communications;
Experience in functional acceptance testing and business testing; validation of journeys, payloads, and integrations from a business perspective;
Experience with API, web, integration, and regression testing;
Familiarity with Cucumber, Gherkin, and BDD;
Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript; tools such as Postman, Insomnia, Bruno, or similar;
Use of test management tools [HP ALM, Octane, Jira, Xray, ZephyrScale];
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, cloud environments, and version control with Git.
