Own and execute the end-to-end business and credit strategy for the B2B vertical, directly impacting company growth and profitability goals.
Design, optimize, and automate credit policies and underwriting strategies to maximize approval rates while keeping delinquency within target.
Lead the monitoring of high-level credit KPIs. Proactively identify risks and design mitigation strategies.
Architect and maintain advanced data pipelines and BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional alignment and strategic dialogue with Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, and Sales teams to build scalable credit products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B Credit Risk, Fintechs, Corporate Banking, or Management Consulting.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven.
Strong proficiency in SQL (required) and experience with Python/R for data analysis or credit scoring models is highly desirable.
Experience in BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex risk metrics into business opportunities and influence decision-making at the executive level.
