Handling incoming inquiries from customers, consumers and third parties (e.g., lawyers) in Spanish across multiple communication channels
Providing clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes
Accurately documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Flagging recurring issues and contributing to continuous improvement of our service processes
Using AI-assisted tools and internal platforms to maintain a high level of service quality
Ensuring full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements and applicable regulations
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
Experience in a customer service or support role
Clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
A collegial, team-oriented attitude
Background in debt collection, receivables management or financial services is a plus
Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian and/or German is a plus
