Strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate).
Deeply understand a target audience and know how to craft creatives that speak directly to user pain points.
Creative brain and an analytical heart that turn ideas into bold, out-of-the-box solutions.
Results-driven, with a solid grasp of user acquisition and how performance marketing works.
Ability to write killer briefs for designers and motion teams.
English writing at a strong B2+.
