Execute strategic Health Management projects for the client portfolio with the objective of controlling medical plan costs and promoting a culture of health promotion within client companies.
Monitor hospital admission authorizations to track ongoing admissions and propose de‑hospitalization strategies.
Participate in the health committees of key clients to analyze the main risks of the medical policy and to monitor implemented health actions.
Conduct health studies, mapping key variances and their financial impacts in order to prioritize main risks and define an action plan based on identified deviations.
Address technical queries received from clients (analysis of medical claim denials, coverage under the ROL, and facilitation of medical transfers with the operator).
Discuss medical cases with the medical departments of our clients.
Requirements
Degree in Nursing with an active COREN registration (Regional Nursing Council).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in supplementary/private health, population health management, health auditing, brokers or health insurers/operators.
Experience monitoring hospitalizations, case management, monitoring high‑cost patients and de‑hospitalization processes.
Experience analyzing and monitoring clinical and/or health indicators.
