About this role
Role Overview
- Advise employees on topics such as financial well‑being, insurance, retirement provision, and personal finances
- Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital)
- Handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
- Explain complex topics in an easy‑to‑understand way
- Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
- Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are also welcome
- Enjoy working with people and taking on advisory tasks
- Work in a structured, independent and solution‑oriented way
- Excellent German language skills
- Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
