Requirements
Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written)
A good command of the English language
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker
Excellent communication skills for confidently interacting with customers
Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries
Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Benefits
Base salary: €1,559.25 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
Monthly bonus: ❖ €200 gross per month (based on planning adherence & quality).
❖ After 6 months, the bonus increases to 300 per month with new targets.
❖ After 12 months, the bonus goes up to €350 per month with additional targets.
❖ After 18 months, the base salary increases to €1,600, plus the €350 monthly bonus.
Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
