Role Overview
- Serve as the single point of contact for Roole members
- Answer incoming calls from Club members to respond to all requests related to the use of their vehicle
- Handle and monitor requests
- Build and maintain customer loyalty beyond the first year of their contract
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in telephone-based customer service is an advantage
- Active listening
- Ability to analyze customer needs
