Build a solid onboarding program: work with teams to ensure each new hire has a polished integration experience.
Drive employee referral programs: internal and external programs to activate our best ambassadors.
Continuously improve processes: train hiring leads, update scorecards, and challenge the status quo. Nothing is set in stone; everything can be improved.
Requirements
You have significant experience in Talent Acquisition (minimum 3 to 5 years), preferably hiring for Sales roles
You have experience in hyper-growth environments and want to work in a fast-paced, challenging setting
You set high ambitions for your hires
You have an entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, able to manage projects and implement processes
You act as a true Business Partner and can advise, challenge, and collaborate with Hiring Managers
You are known for strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity
You are rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You embody Vroomly’s values (Expertise, Transparency, Proximity), as you will be a primary point of contact between Vroomly and candidates
Fluency in French and English is essential (Spanish is a strong plus)
