Role Overview
Manages the data analytics/population health vendor relationship by setting up new accounts, coordinating special reporting needs and monitoring account clinical performance.
Designs, delivers, and monitors wellness strategy for BKS-Partners clients.
Oversees the implementation of Wellness programs for BKS-Partner clients in conjunction with the Account Manager and reports results.
Coordinates the flow of data for BKS-Partner clients with on-site clinics and delivers chronic condition reports.
Analyzes, designs, and integrates tailored wellness solutions that provide and drive sustainable change, influence individual behavior that support business results for a variety of clients.
Monitors and measures the success of implemented wellness programs.
Implements population health/data analytics solutions to track and report clinical performance and coordinates clinical data integration.
Attends prospect meetings.
Attends annual meeting with large existing clients.
Requirements
Advanced degree in either business or health-related field and 5-10+ years of related experience.
Professional clinical licensure (current, unrestricted RN license; BSN preferred)
Experience in health promotion to include preventive and/or chronic disease management
Experience in population health risk analysis, managing diverse risk populations and promoting actionable improvement strategies
Strong healthcare data knowledge and hands-on experience with medical claims data, clinical data, pharmacy data, and eligibility data.
Solid understanding of employee benefits/corporate environments
Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Models achievable wellness practices.
Exhibits behavior exuding the firm’s core values and in alignment with the corporate culture.
