Handle numerous initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Canada and the US
Prepare clear, concise, and impactful documentation for executive management and regulators
Act as a trusted advisor for regulatory and audit requirements
Identify opportunities to enhance Regulatory and Audit Management Programs through technology and innovation
Develop and deliver training sessions and expert consultation

5+ years of experience in financial services
Background in Compliance, Risk Management, Project Delivery and/or Internal Audit
Deep knowledge of regulatory principles, practices, and policies relevant to the financial industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive and regulatory stakeholders
Technologically savvy with knowledge of technology and cybersecurity is a strong asset
