Support the business in their operations: BAU and new change requests.
Work across different modules in D365 FO.
Configure, rollout, deploy solutions/changes in D365 FO.
Upgrade systems, implementation/configuration of new modules/features/objectives in D365 FO.
Work on business intelligence analytic reports development and other reports for the business requirements.
Solution design.
Business process design.
Continuous improvement and business process improvement.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
Deliver continuous training.

At least 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 including POS and have done end to end implementations.
7+ years working experience in a relevant Industry or functional area e.g. Online, Retail, Finance or Supply Chain.
Preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
Microsoft Certifications.
Fluency in English (speaking, writing).
