1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in similar roles.
Proficient in any visual editor that gets the job done — what matters is the result, not the tool.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for static content generation and an understanding of which tool works best for which format.
Strong understanding of what makes a Meta ad creative work — formats, technical specs, and the creative logic behind what converts.
