You design all campaigns and launches across our owned digital channels — consistent and conversion-focused across the shop, landing pages, homepage and CRM.
You conceptualize, create and continuously develop shop content — collection pages, product detail pages, landing pages — including delivery of web-ready assets.
You design and maintain modular email templates and newsletter flows that achieve above-average open and click rates.
You create visual product presentations with genuine appetite appeal — including the use of AI-assisted workflows.
You ensure that all digital touchpoints consistently adhere to our CI/brand guidelines — in close coordination with the Brand team.
Requirements
Several years of experience designing for e-commerce and owned digital channels (shop, landing pages, homepage).
Solid skills in creating web-ready assets and experience in modular CRM/email design.
Routine in producing product renderings and visual mockups, ideally in a food context.
Performance
and conversion-oriented design mindset, including experience with A/B testing creatives.
Experience with AI-assisted workflows for image and design generation (e.g., Midjourney, Magnific, Nano Banana, or similar).
Very good knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
German: business fluent; English: proficient in spoken and written communication.
