Role Overview
Help maintain a positive, organized, and client-centered experience
Ensure timely follow-ups, task completion, and case progression
Prepare and send monthly client communication campaigns
Support outreach efforts by posting content on social media platforms
Conduct client intake processes and accurately gather information
Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to clients

Assist attorneys with case-related administrative and coordination tasks
Communicate with clients to provide updates and ongoing support throughout personal injury cases
Requirements
Experience in personal injury, legal support, or case coordination preferred
