About this role
Role Overview
Managing the production and maintenance of Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), Target Market Determinations (TMDs), member communications, periodic statements and website content
Ensuring all disclosures meet legislative, ASIC and APRA requirements
Coordinating review and approval processes across subject matter experts and key stakeholders
Translating technical product and regulatory information into clear, member-friendly language
Maintaining version control, records management and audit-ready documentation
Identifying, managing and escalating disclosure risks, issues and potential breaches
Supporting continuous improvement of disclosure processes, templates, tools and systems
Delivering high-quality outputs with exceptional attention to detail and minimal rework
Requirements
Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
Has experience working in financial services, superannuation or another highly regulated environment
Has experience producing or managing disclosure documents, regulated communications or governance-controlled content
Has strong written communication skills and can translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly language
Has excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
Has strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple deadlines and approvals processes
Has a degree in Business, Finance, Law, Communications or a related discipline
Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are: Experience in superannuation or wealth management, Familiarity with Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), Target Market Determinations (TMDs) and Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), RG146 qualification (or working towards completion), Compliance, governance or regulatory training, Experience using disclosure management systems such as Keystone Objective, Experience working with document formatting and publishing tools, including Microsoft Word & Adobe Acrobat
