Lead the identification of evidence gaps and support the development of local data generation initiatives
Provide expert medical input into clinical study design
Support the identification and verification of investigators and sites for clinical trials
Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end management of Investigator-Initiated Research (IIRs) proposals
Monitor Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) and Investigator-Initiated trials (IITs)
Drive to the interpretation, analysis and scientific communication of data generated from medical studies
Lead selected local medical initiatives, related to communication and to medical information
Contribute to the local adaptation of the Therapeutic Area strategy
Lead the design, development and delivery of internal medical training programs
Establish strong relationships with the local Medical Affairs Department and collaborate with BeOne's European and Global Medical Affairs teams
Identify, map and build strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders

Proven experience in Medical Affairs (3 years minimum)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of industry ethical and compliance standards and the local healthcare system
In-depth expertise and understanding of the relevant therapeutic area (Oncology and Hematology)
Solid understanding of the design and execution of research studies
Well-developed organizational and planning skills
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize insights to identify local market opportunities
Solid knowledge of local policy and regulatory requirements
Fluency in both verbal and written English; any other major European language is of advantage
