About this role
Role Overview
Motivate and coach the SDR team to meet and exceed quotas
Work with Account Executives to strategize, build their pipeline
Execute and evolve existing prospecting activities
Ensure sales processes are executed consistently and improve
Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach
Ensure SDRs use prospecting tools effectively
Track team metrics with periodic reviews and generate reports
Help administer new lead-generation projects
Meet regularly for one-on-ones with leadership
Hire, train, and manage additional SDRs as needed
Develop a working knowledge of Cavallo’s products and industries
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a successful SDR manager or in an outbound sales role
Strong understanding of prospecting methods
Competitive, self-motivated, resourceful and possess a positive attitude
Strong computer, written, training, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to maintain a fun, high energy environment
Desire to build and develop a team and produce results
Experience with CRM (Salesforce is preferred) and prospecting tools (required)
Experience in coaching, mentoring, role-playing, and data analysis (required)
Self-motivated, hard-working and strive to be the best version daily.
