Organize, coordinate and optimize the activities of child and adolescent psychiatry units, rehabilitation units and the staff pool
Ensure smooth patient pathways, particularly in coordination with pediatrics and external partners
Supervise patient flows and anticipate resource needs
Manage multidisciplinary teams
Create and adjust schedules according to activity levels and constraints
Conduct annual appraisals, assess competencies and support professional development
Implement quality and patient safety policies
Ensure clear and effective communication
Develop partnerships with external stakeholders

Diploma for healthcare managers (Diplôme de cadre de santé) or a university degree (EQF level 6 or 7) in health, management or educational sciences
Proven experience managing teams in the healthcare or medico-social sector
Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or in a multidisciplinary environment is an asset
Familiarity with hospital organizations and care pathways
Ability to manage complex activities across multiple sites or units
Knowledge of quality initiatives, certification/accreditation processes and risk management
Aptitude for leading projects and supporting change management
