About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a key partner to senior academic leadership
Support multiple leaders, including the Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and Director
Coordinate programs and manage operations
Be a central point of contact across a collaborative team
Ensure operations run efficiently and effectively
Requirements
Associate’s degree and 4 to 6 years relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent combination
Proficiency in database management
Proficiency in budget management
Proficiency in electronic calendaring
Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Strong verbal and written skills with ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to interact effectively and easily with senior leadership and staff
Demonstrated independent thinking and self-motivation
Knowledge of Cornell policies and procedures
Proven skills in project management and coordination
