About this role
Role Overview
Make sure the day-to-day sales operations run smoothly and efficiently
Prepare and follow up quotations, contracts, and commercial documents — accurate and on time
Keep Salesforce clean and up to date: you ensure overview and reliability in the pipeline
Support the creation of customer presentations and sales insights together with the Head of Sales
Organize tender processes in a structured and practical way
Coordinate with colleagues from Bakon and Unifiller on international projects
Spot improvements and help simplify processes and ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor level (or equivalent through experience), preferably in business, sales or a related field
Experience in sales support, administration, or coordination — ideally in a technical or industrial environment
Strong organizational skills: you know how to prioritize, keep overview and follow through on details
Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and daily use of MS Office tools
Clear and direct communication skills, able to work with different teams and cultures
Fluent in Dutch and English (both are essential for daily work)
Accurate and reliable when handling commercial information and documentation
A proactive, hands-on mindset: you take initiative and enjoy improving processes
Team-oriented, with a pragmatic approach and a strong sense of ownership.
