Role Overview
Build and maintain trusted relationships with business collaborators, acting as the primary liaison for MRM priorities and initiatives.
Capture, assess, and translate business demand into clear requirements, user stories, and deliverable work packages.
Collaborate with collaborators to prioritize demand at the portfolio level and align with business strategy.
Partner with delivery teams to plan releases and ensure successful transition of solutions into production.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and validate that deliverables meet business objectives.
Monitor demand progress, provide insights through reporting, and support data-driven decision making.
See chances to improve processes, services, and demand management practices throughout MRM.
Requirements
A relationship builder with strong communication skills, able to influence and engage collaborators across technical and business teams.
An experienced professional with 6+ years in IT, business management, or project/portfolio delivery.
Educated with a post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skilled in demand analysis, business requirements, and translating strategy into execution-ready solutions.
Knowledgeable in commodity marketing, risk management, or financial concepts within an enterprise environment.
Highly organized and analytical, able to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams effectively.
A collaborative person who succeeds in complex, fast-paced environments.
