Join our Motion TA team and help shape an effective hiring experience for critical hires across ABB Motion.
Collaborate with Divisional TA Leads and Head of TA to manage end-to-end recruiting processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and hire the right people.
Delivery end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and experience, from initial hiring manager kick-off and strategic meetings to employment agreement stage.
Build strong (internal/external) leads and candidates pipelines, aligned to divisional and business needs.
Act as subject matter expert for TA consulting & Talent Market Insights with the business on the most complex cases, positioning the team as key partner to support the business growth of our organization.
Collaborate closely with global, regional and local business and HR stakeholders, including some of the most senior leaders of the organization, to ensure effective, smooth and timely recruitment activities.
Deliver exceptional business and candidate experiences through efficient coordination and communication.
Contribute to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices and what good TA looks like.
Champion inclusivity in all steps of the talent acquisition process.
Participate in BA or Division relevant TA improvement projects.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
Experience in managing critical and hard-to-fill positions, working with global stakeholders
Clear sense of ownership, sense of urgency, self-leadership, and accountability in day-to-day work
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a structured approach in a complex stakeholder environment
Structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to work in a remote leadership setup
Collaborative mindset with effective communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
