About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the voice of the client to Veradigm and vice versa
- Ensure robust adoption of solutions and maximize expansion opportunities
- Maintain internal client updates using required reporting mechanisms
- Assist with basic collaboration of client and Veradigm teams
- Create and publish reports
- Provide assistance to resolve outstanding A/R issues
- Support sales activities to further expansion of solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years relevant work experience
