About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the office
Develops and implements admin procedures, office house rules, access control
Maintain facilities, safety measures, inventory control, office staff supervision
Administrative task delegation, and support on client events organization
Maintaining an organized and fully supplied office (handling post, ordering supplies)
Drawing up and maintaining office relevant procedures
Employee and visitor services, including IT material and desk reservation for visitors
Help on office initiatives and liaise with HR for local needs for Paris employees
Reception desk duties, client welcoming and announcing visitors
Support on local events logistics preparation
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and maintain procedures
Liaison with IT and send invoices to Finance for payment
Requirements
Excellent skills in both spoken and written French and English
Ideally experience in office management, and administrative tasks in a large group
Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels mainly in English
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
Ability to drive different processes at the same time in a challenging environment and to work on tight deadlines
Proactive hands on approach
