Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field — for example, business administration, facility management, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role — you know how to keep things running smoothly.
Prior exposure to occupational health & safety, or a strong willingness to grow into this responsibility — we will support you to become fully certified and set up for success.
Organized, proactive, and hands-on — you notice what needs to be done and take care of it, whether it’s a broken coffee machine or a blocked fire exit.
Meticulous and reliable, especially with documentation and keeping records up to date.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office — Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong communication skills in both English and German — German is essential for interacting with local authorities and managing safety regulations.
