Assist Program Leaders in creating and maintaining sub-system integrated schedules, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and cross-functional sub-systems.
Lead Critical Deliverables and Program integrated schedules daily management leveraging the applicable tools (e.g. Pathfinder).
Drive Controls internal program periodic reviews.
Manage KPIs and the L3 Bowler to track and report on sub-system performance.
Own the sub-system budget and assist Functional Managers with SW&L & PO requests.
Oversee resource demand planning ensuring alignment with program needs.
Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, focusing on automation and simplification.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
Experience in product development, design, or technology-focused environments
Strong project/program management skills, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional and global teams
Fluency in English.
