About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and reaching qualitative objectives in their POS
- Guarantee an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps
- Responsible for defining their POS panel and their effective coverage
- Periodically analyses and shares views/opinions with their manager to identify short
- and medium-term actions
- Monitor the market and competitor’s evolution in their territory
- Supply reports and recommendations regarding interventions
- Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing assigned banners responsibility and providing recommendations/anticipations
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English is necessary
- University degree required, preferably economics or similar
- Strong knowledge of the products
- Knowledge and use of sales tools
- Good knowledge of Categories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviour
- High communication skills
- Proactive and initiative taking
- Good team worker
- Loyal to both role and company
- Enthusiastic and dedicated
