- Establish and operate the RFP and Business Operations function
- Improve sales execution and deal velocity
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments
- Develop metrics to assess performance and drive improvements
- Lead cross-functional coordination for proposals and deliverables
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a commercial environment
- Proven track record of improving sales execution
- Strong background in RFP processes and execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other commercial systems
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industries is a plus
