Ensure the quality and capture of market and trading master data
Handle customer inquiries ranging from simple to highly complex and contribute to the further development or creation of customer solutions
Work closely with Product Management, Change Management and SIX Exchange Regulation on various projects
Perform Business Acceptance Tests in projects and exchange releases

Completed vocational training and/or university degree, preferably in Business or Business Informatics
At least 5 years of professional experience in operations and/or client support within the financial industry
Good knowledge of the exchange environment, in particular familiarity with financial products across their full lifecycle
Understanding of technical interrelationships and data modeling is an advantage, as well as strong analytical thinking
Engaged, independent and solution-oriented personality with an accurate and precise working style
Very good spoken and written German and English skills
