- Manage and ensure performance of multiple agile teams across Engineering

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 15+ years of total work experience (12 years minimum related to software development)
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 6+ years of product development experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI native development
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision
- Proficient in .NET, Python, or Typescript
- Proficient in CI/CD technologies
- Strong engineering background
