Identify and acquire new B2B customers — primarily in gastronomy, hospitality and retail — via multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open new markets.
Collaborate closely with management, marketing and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the restaurant/hospitality, packaging or consumer goods industries.
Alternatively, you are a motivated career-changer with a strong sales mentality.
You are an excellent communicator and can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person.
Long-term customer retention comes naturally to you.
You want to actively shape the business and enjoy helping deinetuete grow as a market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
You can inspire customers and are confident presenting sustainable packaging solutions as a genuine value-add.
You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment.
You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
You are passionate about strong brands in the food sector and understand how bespoke packaging affects perception and business success.
German is your native language.
You have a valid work permit for the country in which you reside.
