Role Overview
- Responsible for sourcing and executing national and international M&A projects
- Managing projects and key tasks with support from the team in Germany
- Working closely with more than 20 industry advisory board members and over 450 Clairfield professionals worldwide
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or investment banking
- Established network in core industries and access to decision-makers
- Professionalism consistent with a leading international M&A advisory
- Understanding of upper mid-market and mid-market transactions
- Strong enthusiasm for M&A
- Entrepreneurial, independent mindset and approach
- Entrepreneurial DNA and an uncompromising client-service mentality
