Analyze and validate partners' initial registration information, ensuring regulatory compliance, alignment of activities and risk mitigation;
Draft, review and formalize partnership agreements, incentive contracts and amendments, ensuring adherence to defined requirements;
Upload contracts and amendments to the QualiSign platform and monitor the digital signature workflow;
Update contract status in internal databases, ensuring traceability, compliance and alignment with involved departments;
Download and archive contractual documents, ensuring document integrity and correct organization;
Maintain the hygiene of the QualiSign platform by removing completed documents and retaining only pending items;
Classify and monitor documentary relaxations (exceptions) according to risk, criticality and urgency;
Ensure consistent recording of information in internal systems and communicate with relevant departments, providing traceability and support to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Management Processes or related fields;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with stronger proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience using SharePoint;
Knowledge of document analysis and registration validation (e.g., CNPJ, CNAE);
Familiarity with workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and digital signature solutions (e.g., QualiSign);
Basic knowledge of contracts, compliance and regulatory requirements.
