Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to facilitate communication between the client and the service team
Advise clients on a full spectrum of International Tax services including planning, research, compliance
Preparing and/or assist with complex Tax returns – approximately 5 -10% of your time
Assist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clients
Manage corporate international client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance
Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Serve as a Career Advisor, mentor or coach to one or more employees

Requires a BA/BS Degree – preferably in Accounting or related field of study
Requires CPA (Mexico and/or U.S.), law degree, or equivalent professional qualification
Requires minimum of six years of experience in the Mexican international tax environment
Comprehensive understanding of tax law/rules and implications
Extensive knowledge of the Mexican international tax regulatory framework
Strong understanding of Mexico’s transfer pricing regulations
Strong technical skills in accounting, tax preparation and review within the international taxation environment
Experience with Mexican tax aspects of M&A projects
Requires bi-lingual business level fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
Requires the ability to travel domestically as well as possible internationally up to 15% of the time
