Provider Network Manager

Role Overview

• management, operation, direction, organization, and administration of hospital contracts
• ensuring network contracts provide cost effective outcomes
• developing positive working relationships with contracted hospitals
• contracting and negotiating with the most complex providers
• auditing and monitoring financial performance of assigned hospitals
• analyzing, reviewing, and projecting financial impact of contract arrangements
• maintaining effective communication with internal business partners

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' provider contract management/network management
• provider and hospital reimbursement methodologies
• contract language negotiation or relevant experience
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
