Proactive telephone and written support and consultation for B2B existing customers with a focus on increasing sales and expanding customer relationships.
Active identification of customer needs, development of sales opportunities and qualification of incoming inquiries.
Independently prepare and present quotations (technical and commercial), including negotiating terms and prices through to closing.
Consistently follow up on quotations and support order processing in coordination with field sales and other interfaces.
Careful maintenance of customer data, documentation of all sales activities and management of the sales pipeline in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce); occasional support for product demos, customer visits, or trade shows.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in B2B telephone sales including price negotiation, ideally with a commercial or technical background and experience with technically complex products.
Strong communication skills, confident manner with different contact persons and excellent German language skills; English desirable.
Enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact, reliable and service-oriented demeanor.
Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4) is a plus.
High degree of self-organization, structured and independent working style combined with strong result
