Analyze client documentation;
Enter and register proposals into the system for credit evaluation;
Monitor proposals, including reviewing outstanding items and communicating results;
Evaluate proposals with automatic declines;
Follow up on vehicle inspections;
Double-check applicable product rules to ensure compliance;
Provide service and support to business managers and partners;
Send and track documents for legal review;
Request invoices and billing slips (boletos);
Monitor contract issuance and biometric validation;
Oversee and provide guidance for contract signatures;
Send inspection links, track the process and receive inspection reports;
Prepare and send authorizations for invoicing;
Deliver product training and guidance to the commercial team through various channels.

Education: Bachelor's degree completed in humanities fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or related areas
Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Required experience: Experience in commercial/sales areas, commercial support, and customer/partner service
Preferred knowledge: Banking products, vehicle financing, consortia (consórcio).
