About this role
Role Overview
administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions
fulfill key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role
validate construction due diligence requirements and monitor construction progress and draw requirements
interact with high revenue/high profile corporate and/or commercial real estate clients
advise customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams
verify work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals
determine whether loan disbursements can be made or if additional documentation is required
participate in risk mitigation activities
Requirements
experience supporting Agency and Commercial Lending products, with emphasis on syndications
advanced proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, spreadsheet analysis, manual calculations
strong end to end understanding of Commercial loan processing, systems, and associated impacts
ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within processes
university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
