Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across our growing Enterprise segment, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
Influence product direction for short & long-term success in Enterprise by representing the customer voice
Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
Exhibit an advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions.
