Spearhead customer integration lifecycles from early technical scoping and solution architecture through development, testing, launch, and long-term user adoption
Deconstruct and assess client software environments, data pipelines, operational processes, and integration endpoints to design optimized technical blueprints
Design resilient integration frameworks using REST APIs, webhooks, EDI protocols, file-based data transfers, third-party software, and custom customer workflows
Build, configure, and prototype integration components using Python, collaborating directly with core engineering to safely ship solutions to production
Incorporate modern AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into daily workflows to accelerate architectural analysis, produce clean code, and speed up documentation
Monitor system performance and connection stability after deployment, collect ongoing client feedback, and advocate for continuous product and workflow improvements
