About this role
Role Overview
- Provide strategic leadership for the Human Rights sustainability workstream
- Deliver expert legal guidance across the Automation divisions
- Partner with Group and Business Area Sustainability and Legal & Integrity functions
- Review and enhance ABB’s Human Rights Policy and Due Diligence Frameworks
- Offer strategic guidance to identify and manage human rights risks
- Strengthen ABB’s Grievance Mechanism and Remedy processes
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on human rights-related topics
- Act as the point of contact for Sustainability and ESG legal matters
- Provide strategic legal support on sustainability-related regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver training materials related to Human Rights and Sustainability
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Strong interest in Human Rights and Sustainability-related matters
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English
