Manage and oversee the administrative processes for all faculty employment-related matters, including issuing contracts, renewing contracts, pre
and post-employment activities and verification of doctoral degrees, and other employment actions.
Create and manage administrative processes for programs using continuous quality improvement principles.
Collaborate and provide support for various OFA programs and committees.
Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Ensures appropriate communication across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Prepare and develop reports and presentations as required.
Foster a sense of teamwork, cooperation, and community within and amongst MCW entities.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
