Requirements
Solid (several years') experience in operational HR management, ideally in medium-sized companies or collective bargaining (tariff-bound) environments
In-depth practical knowledge of payroll, personnel management, time and attendance, and employment law
Demonstrable leadership experience
Proven experience working with works councils
Innovative mindset focused on digitalization and transformation
Confident, results-oriented personality
Business-fluent German language skills
