About this role
Role Overview
Engage with potential customers through email, chat, phone, and in-person interactions
Provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations on e-bike and bicycle products
Assist customers in decision-making to ensure they find the right product for their needs
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Share knowledge with the team and contribute to internal training resources
Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and sales processes
Requirements
Expert knowledge of e-bikes or bicycles (experience in bike shops, manufacturing, or related industries)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfort with technology and digital tools
Empathetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations
Interest in sustainability, mobility, and technology is a plus
Previous experience in customer support is advantageous
