Process standard orders independently for our services in the Cisco System Integration and Professional Services domain
Work closely with key stakeholders on complex offers and orders
Prepare customer-specific proposals and contracts
Create network designs in our systems and ensure their successful implementation
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal units (e.g., Sales, Billing, Project Management)

Knowledge of ICT products (Cisco Enterprise Networking is an advantage)
Experience in the IT channel and system integration
Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good knowledge of SAP
Business or technical degree (FH/Apprenticeship) and motivated to continue professional development
Resilient, reliable, customer-oriented, communicative and able to think in networks
Able to design, challenge and optimize processes
Very good command of French and English
