About this role

Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing business accounts to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships through remarkable service and strategic guidance
Identify client needs and create customized, creative multi-media advertising campaigns
Present and sell integrated advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms
Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills throughout the sales cycle
Utilize media research and ratings tools (e.g., Nielsen and similar platforms) to develop data-driven proposals

Previous sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Good knowledge of Sports such as NFL, NCAA Football, Basketball, PGA Golf, WNBA and Mixed Martial Arts
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
College degree preferred
Valid California driver’s license
